ATTIRE: All three members wear uniform attire when competing, typically composed of tactical pants in a ACU snow camo print stuffed into standard black wrestling boots; Hamundarson and Ironside often wear singlets with the runes for Úlfhéðnarnir (see signature) printed in white along the spine. Bloodaxe often opts for a pair of black tactical gloves while Ironside and Hamundarson often use black tape to wrap their hands. All three members wear a wolf's pelt mantle during their entrace.

The lights in the building go dark and smoke fills the stage as "The Heresy" by Mushroomhead's soft symphonic intro fills the building up. At the thirteen second mark, when the boom of bass, guitars, and drums kick in while "Úlfhéðnarni" fades onto the titantron. The lights come up in a frosty blue hue, revealing Ivan Bloodaxe, Ragnar Ironside, Aegir Hamundarson, and their manager, Freydís Bloodaxe, on stage.

Freydis takes her place at Úlfhéðnarnir's corner. Ironside and Hamundarson reach up and use the ropes as leverage to hoist themselves onto the apron while Bloodaxe climbs the steps, slips between the ropes, and stands behind his two large teammates. All three raise their arms, then Ironside and Hamundarson step over the top rope and join Bloodaxe in their corner.

Ivan, Ragnar, and Aegir have been a team as long as anyone could remember. Having grown up on the same street in the northernmost village in Norway - Honningsvåg - they went to school together, worked together, and practically lived together. The three had taken jobs working the village port as young teenagers, where they'd regularly load and unload cargo from cruise ships in the summer and spring months, and on tankers and freights in the fall and winter. Through work, they became acquainted with a local professional wrestler who had grand visions for Ragnar and Aegir's size, as well as a place for Ivan's sharp mind. The trio dubbed themselves "Úlfhéðnar" - a term used to describe the Germanic berserkers, who were thought to fight under a fury-filled trance, that adorned wolf's pelts into battle.

Twelve years later, they had been working shows in the Nordic independent circuit on the weekends while working the ports on the weekdays. Together, they came to the conclusion that they weren't meant to merely be regulated to thankless manual labor. When Project: Honor came knocking, they were quick to answer. When they announced their departure from the village, Ivan's younger sister Freydís asked that they take her with them when they left; she, like them, sought more than what their home could provide. Eventually, Ivan and company acquiesced to his younger sibling and together, they began their journey overseas.
