ENTRANCE DESCRIPTION (OPTIONAL): The chorus of 'Never Look Back' hits the sound system as the overhead lights dim, blue and white lights flashing along the rampway as spotlights of similar shades swirl over the crowd. Eliza Dresden waits all of a second before she bounds onto the stage, her energy levels already through the roof thanks to the cheers --and that's with her holding a lot of it in. Stopping at the top of the ramp, she thrusts a fist in the air... but she can't be idle for long. She all but bounces and poings her way down to the ring, darting from side to side to slap offered hands and otherwise play to the crowd, earning a decent amount of cheers as she goes along. It's about three-fourths of the way down the ramp that she abandons that, speeding up to slide into the ring headfirst on her stomach before she twists onto her back and kips up to her feet. She's quick to mount the nearest turnbuckle, once again shoving a fist skyward to more of that positive reaction from the fans before she's popping back down and turning to look toward the middle of the ring. As her music fades, she continues bouncing around on the balls of her feet, eagerly waiting for the match to get underway.

GIMMICK: Uh, how does one define Eliza Dresden? Her intentions are great and grand and so on, but what she's willing to do to get to them is perhaps a... bit over the top in places. That's the best way to describe her, really-- she is eternally turned up to eleven, with a sharp and sarcastic wit that she doesn't always know how to dial back. Some probably will find it charming, but most will probably just side-eye her, go 'Riiiight...' and fall silent. She truly does mean well, though, and she's generally the kind of person to give someone else her last five bucks without so much as a second thought. Her mouth's bound to get her in trouble with the big and intimidating heels since she takes as well to bullying sorts as a roomful of drunken Steelers fans would to a disrespectful Browns fan that wouldn't stop trying to cop a feel on someone's girlfriend, and it wouldn't be unusual for her to get in well over her head on a fairly regular basis.

As for how she is in the ring--even though she wants to win her matches, Eliza's also a fan of having fun while she's at it. It won't be anything disrespectful-- well, not too disrespectful--unless her opponent decides to go above and beyond that bit of playfulness that she deems to be acceptable. The moment that happens? She wants that person's blood, and perhaps a few of their teeth to make into jewelry... oh, and she'll want to claim them in the most humiliating way possible. It's definitely a double-edged sword to get her in that state, for reasons that I hope are obvious. Beyond that, she knows she's got to hit fast and hard to get the win, so that's exactly what she does with the help of physics. She's not ever going to come close to the destruction a bullet can do thanks to not being able to be quite that fast, but the general principle applies. She's also rather good at using her surroundings to get around-- running on top of the barricade, pivoting by grabbing the top rope and letting momentum carry her through, and so on.

FAVORITE MATCH TYPE: Eliza doesn't really have a favorite type of match since--well, she's not exactly experienced enough to know for sure. What she does know, though, is that she's bound to hate...

LEAST FAVORITE MATCH TYPE: ...submission matches, if only because that's a glaring hole in her offense.

Running at the ropes, Eliza jumps right before she hits the ropes. She moves into a Kong-style vault (as seen in parkour), springboarding and kicking her feet out, forcing herself into a Shooting Star press to the outside.

Ever since Eliza Dresden was little, she's been a force to be reckoned with. Holding things back has never been in her personality-- Hell, one can easily call it the dominant Dresden family trait. Only her mother's able to have any outward semblance of nuance and control, and even that has been worn down over the years after being surrounded by her husband and their three kids, a total of four Type A bulldozer-sorts that do as they want and damn the consequences. It's a right shame none of her mother's tact was carried on the same genes that gave the blond her hair and the particular sort of smirk that looks like it can set a town on fire without needing a single match or drop of gasoline, but it is what it is.

At least her parents got her into sports at a very early age so that she could put all that energy to good use.

Eliza was four when she started gymnastics, and she took to it like a duck to water. Absolute fearlessness and a willingness to try anything meant that she was giving her parents and coaches both heart attacks on the regular, but there was no denying her talents. She's got plenty of state and national championships to her credit, though when she became old enough to go to Olympics-level competition, she took a hard left and pursued something else, something that surprised everyone but her older siblings. It was her brother Isaiah's suggestion that she take up self defense classes when she hit puberty, after all, and both he and her sister Amanda knew how much she relished putting bullies on their asses. For Eliza to take that love of knocking people out into the showy world of professional wrestling just... made sense, and so the trio of siblings pooled their resources to get the youngest the training she desired.

As is often the case, though, professional wrestling didn't necessarily love Eliza as much as she loved it.

After a disastrous run in a couple of companies that either folded immediately after signing her or that were ran by sleazy promoters that would only elevate her position on the card if she went horizontal with them, Eliza took a step back for a couple years, buckled down on her training by moving to Pittsburgh and getting a spot under 'The Scourge' Allison DeTorre, and then tried again in Iconic Pro Wrestling. That didn't go too well either, though not only did she finally score her first win, she did meet a certain Molotov there. While her interaction with Dickie was brief (and perhaps more than a little embarrassing on her part) his encouraging words stuck with her.

And so here she is, ready to give wrestling a try one more time.
